Jay Vermette is a Tampa native and graduated from the University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in history. And, has been licensed as Residential Realtor for 19 years and a Mortgage loan professional for 10 years. And, now as a Commercial Banker for 2 years. As a native, I have a vested interest in building better communities and supplying quality housing to the Tampa Bay region. Jay has successfully completed over 3600 Real Estate transactions over a 21-year period including retail and private real estate, mortgages (traditional and private), refinances, purchases, and commercial transactions.
