I have many years of experience in the real estate industry. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1993 and have six years’ experience in the title insurance industry as well as being a Realtor with McBride Kelly & Associates. In these 30 years, and serving thousands of customers, meeting needs and exceeding expectations has been very important. This helps you as I am familiar with the housing, mortgage, and title industries. 

I will combine all this experience to ensure your buying or selling experience is seamless and beyond your expectations.   The most important thing that I do is keep you informed in the process. First-time home buyers are a specialty I have. I give you insight and share your vision for your new home and future. My experience encompasses multiple states with new builds as well as resale homes. Working with multiple builders over the years, I keep you informed on the progress of the home as it is being built. I also keep you informed of the ever-changing nuances of the mortgage industry.  In this industry, customer service and customer satisfaction is my highest priority.  Remember, you are the driver and I am your vehicle. We are a team together to obtain your next residential or commercial property. On the commercial side of the industry, I have worked for many investors over the years. Whether it is multi-unit apartments, strip centers, mobile home parks, motels, and the list goes on, I have the experience to offer you first-in-class service. 

My hobbies are fixing and flipping houses and designing the highest and best use. Decorating is one of my favorite pastimes. Garden design. I love being on the water and kayaking is a staple to being close to nature in our area. I’m an excellent guide to the area as I have lived here in the Tampa Bay area since 1987. When HGTV came out, I wanted my show but never tried to get it. I always have a project. I love having a vision. 

I am the mother of one daughter and now have 3 beautiful granddaughters. But don’t let that fool you. I am very active and stay physically fit. Life is here to live, and I live it every day. In my daily life I play with my two furry babies, my Shi Tzu’s.
